- Should I lay off of weightlifting and start a rigorous cardio regimen? (Yes. Proceed to make excuses, such as: running in Chucks will ruin my knees, I’ll lose muscle mass, I won’t be able to squat 195lbs if I keep it up)
- What kind of cardio should I do? Long distance running? Hill sprints? Omg I can run in the winter with my combat boots and look like a BAMF if I do long distance :D
- I should do more work, why does my client want more revisions?? RECORD AND CHARGE FOR ALL THE REVISIONS.
- My lower abs seem to look puffier. I should drink more water.
